1. Scope
These terms apply to use of this website and to visits to Noah's Ark in Rotterdam. By buying a ticket, visiting the Ark or using this website, you agree to these terms.
2. Tickets and reservations
The current ticket price, opening hours and any reservation conditions are shown on our website and in the external ticket environment. A ticket gives access under the conditions and at the time stated at purchase. For payment or reservation questions, you can also contact the ticket provider.
3. Access and supervision
Follow staff instructions during your visit. Accompanying adults remain responsible for the children and other people they bring. We may refuse or end access when necessary for safety, order or the enjoyment of other visitors.
4. Safety and house rules
Use the Ark and its facilities as intended. Bringing your own food and drinks is not permitted on the Ark or at the other attractions at ZUIDYARD. Conduct that causes danger, nuisance or damage may end the visit without automatically creating a right to a refund.
5. Accessibility and information
The Ark is currently not wheelchair accessible. The rest of the ZUIDYARD site can be visited comfortably in a wheelchair. Check Your visit before coming or contact us with a specific question.
6. Changes and closure
Opening hours, programmes, facilities and access information may change, for example because of maintenance, safety or circumstances at the site. We try to communicate important changes through the website in good time.
7. Wim Beelen’s book
The link to Wim Beelen’s book leads to an external website. Any purchase is governed by that website’s terms and privacy policy, not by these Ark visitor terms.
8. Liability
We do our best to keep the Ark safe and well maintained. To the extent permitted by law, the Ark is not liable for loss, theft or damage to belongings, or for damage caused by not following instructions. Consumers’ statutory rights remain unaffected.
9. Questions and complaints
Do you have a question, comment or complaint? Email info@arkmuseum.eu or call +31 10 313 73 13. We will look for a suitable solution together.
